A timeless elegance that combines the history and material beauty of terrazzo with a distinctly contemporary vision. In the Villa Clementi project, our aesthetic consultancy took shape through careful research, overseeing logistics and high-end supplies to dress its grand spaces.

Common areas: continuity and character
For the floors of the shared spaces, Mipa's Sitz collection was chosen.
– The common thread is the concrete base, which holds a consistent warm grey.
– Each space, from the bar area to the reading room and the entrance, is distinguished by marble chips in a different colour.
– The 60×60 format was skilfully laid to give the visual effect of a continuous, single-pour floor.

The rooms: warmth and bespoke detail
Across the 10 rooms, attention to detail and aesthetic research come together:
– The floors feature Listone Giordano's classic, prestigious Italian herringbone in oak, with a natural Biancospino finish.
– For the bathroom wall coverings, the Modulo collection was chosen, in several custom colourways to match the marble chips perfectly.
– The washbasin tops were made entirely to measure, using exactly the same aggregate as the floors and the shower interiors.
– The taps, from the Diametro35 collection, have a refined copper-bronze finish that adds a vintage touch with a decidedly contemporary rhythm.
– The shower enclosure profiles and the Tubes towel radiators come in tone-on-tone resin colours, married to the background of the aggregates.
– The suites introduce a genuine wellness and spa concept, enriched with whirlpool baths and freestanding models for complete wellbeing.
From the choice of surfaces to the last custom detail, we translate the architectural vision into a flawless tactile and visual experience.
